Clients often ask how much I charge to evaluate a proposed trademark. The answer is: I charge my regular hourly rate.
Why? Because there are so many factors to consider, it is impossible to determine how long any one evaluation might take.
There are plenty of preliminary steps, however, that clients can take themselves. That's the purpose of this clients-only checklist. If you are already a client of Russell Law and you'd like to save on fees, work through this checklist and submit the answers to me.
